ClickHome has functionality to use different PDF Call Up report for external, client and internal call ups. 


A Crystal Report can be uploaded by navigating to the following screens. 

  • Administration > Company > Master Reports > Click + to add new or edit your existing call up report to include this change to report area.  


The report area needs to be same as per the screen shots for external,internal and client call up.


Example Below: This crystal report will be used for call up sent to external suppliers / trades



Example Below: This crystal report will be used for call up scheduled to internal staff for sending notification for internal user (Example: Notifying accounts to process payment to be sent through when construction reaches a specific stage ). This is an optional set up. if users prefer to receive PDF report, this can be set up. 




Example Below: This crystal report will be used for call up scheduled to virtual supplier client. This report is for sending notification for Client (Example: To make a payment or notifying them about engineering certification done for retaining walls).
