You may need to Forward a Call up email to the supplier again, or forward a call up to a different email address.

Go to the Job > Messaging screen

Tick the checkbox against the message you want to send

If you're sending to an alternative email address:

  1. Then click the middle icon on the right hand side (Hover over: "Forward Message")
  2. Choose the Delivery method (Email, SMS etc)
  3. add the new address to the "Message To"
  4. Click OK
There will be a new row added to that table with the new message details.
