I uses another portal and they have added a feature that is impressive, and I think all builders would
get a benefit from it the function is a View only Impersonate
Function (I.e. I can log in and Impersonate a contractor and see what they see
but cannot complete any actions)
This would allow the builders staff to assist the contractor if need place less pressure on you guys in times of high importance.
