Tenders Roles

There are five (5) typical roles that exist for Tenders; sales, estimator, selections, admin, advanced.

Please add these roles to your users or edit them to suit your company's configuration where required.

Alternatively, you can create your own roles using the complete list of tender operation codes at the bottom of this document.

Tender Sales

A Salesperson role level.

Creates the tender, submits it to Client, emails quote and then other Tender users with more advanced access progress the tender.

NOTE: to provide pricing override permission, the codes coloured in grey must be added but they are not required if permission isn't needed.

Tender Estimator

An Estimator role level. 

Approve or reject items in the tender, modify / override pricing and then other Tender users with more advanced access progress the tender.

Tender Selections

A Selections (Colours) consultant role level.

Creates the tender, submits it to Client, emails quote and then other Tender users with more advanced access progress the tender.

NOTE: to provide pricing override permission, the codes coloured in grey must be added but they are not required if permission isn't needed.

Tender Admin

An Office level role.

Edits and approves tender throughout process.

Tender Advanced

A System Admin level role for Tenders.

Allows all of the above as well as edit access to the administration module for Tenders.
