The Contract Planner tool allows you to visualise tasks on site, see white space and reschedule key tasks to ensure jobs stay on target.

Click on full screen button (top right) to try this out yourself.

Open up the&nbsp;<span class=""><i><b>Contract Planner.</b></i></span>

Click&nbsp;<span class=""><i><b>Template to load an existing Filter or manually filter your options (see trade allocation tutorial)</b></i></span>

Click <span class=""><i><b>Template to choose</b></i></span>

Click <span class=""><i><b>Apply to load the filter</b></i></span>

Hover over task to see tooltip text.

Click <span class=""><i><b>Options </b>to change colour scheme or tool tip text.<b>&nbsp;</b></i></span>

Click <span class=""><i><b>highlight task status.</b> to see scheduled and unscheduled tasks.</i></span>

To <b>schedule&nbsp;</b>an unscheduled task you can either drag, or double click to plan it on the forecasted date.

The task is now scheduled for this date.

To schedule a task to reduce whitespace you can drag and drop the item.

The item is now locked.

Click Unscheduled items to see all unscheduled items

You can drag the item or in this case you can Double click <span class=""><i><b>item&nbsp;</b>to schedule it in the forecasted time.</i></span>

to save and send out the call ups Click on&nbsp;<span class=""><i><b>changed items</b></i></span>

hit reload to undo all changes or click <span class="component"><i><b>save&nbsp;</b></i><span>to send callups.</span><i><b></b></i></span>

That's it. You're done.
