ClickHome tracks JNR activity between ClickHome and JobFile. JNR is typically raised by the supplier or trade assigned to the task when they turn up to site and discover that the site is not suitable for them to work on. They can record a reason such as previous critical task has not been completed, or site safety issue, requisite materials have not been delivered etc.

The JNR record is notified to the Supervisors field device, and a flag is set on the relevant job and task. When the supervisor opens the job and or task, they are notified that the JNR flag has been set.

The supervisor can reset the flag either manually, or be scheduling a task against the job. Both of these actions will reset the flag on the device, and synchronise the updates to JobFile and notify the original resource (Supplier or Subcontractor) that the Job is ready.
