- Check if the device lost connection to the server - no signal, WiFi drop out etc.
From the system settings menu follow these steps:
- Check the connection string is entered correctly on the 'Connections' tab
- Check user credentials are correct on the 'Login' tab
- Check that the clickhome webserver and site itself is running (Mobile Leads, Silverlight etc)
- If this is a new user check if the user has the necessary security roles for using an iPad
- If this is a senior supervisor check the number of jobs, are there old jobs that need to be closed?
