1. Check if the device lost connection to the server - no signal, WiFi drop out etc.

    From the system settings menu follow these steps:

  2. Check the connection string is entered correctly on the 'Connections' tab

  3. Check user credentials are correct on the 'Login' tab

  4. Check that the clickhome webserver and site itself is running (Mobile Leads, Silverlight etc)

  5. If this is a new user check if the user has the necessary security roles for using an iPad

  6. If this is a senior supervisor check the number of jobs, are there old jobs that need to be closed?
