There are various settings that can be applied to the tenders module for different uses.


Here is a list of settings and their purposes:


ClickHome.Tenders.ShowExpiredOptions: if value set to TRUE or FALSE this will show or hide expired options

ClickHome.Tenders.ShowExpiredPackages: if value set to TRUE or FALSE this will show or hide expired packages


ClickHome.Tenders.RoundingLineFunction: foreign key reference set to idTenderPriceFunction to indicate how the line should be rounded

ClickHome.Tenders.RoundingOption: foreign key reference set to idTenderOption to indicate how the option should be rounded

ClickHome.Tenders.RoundingTotalFunction: foreign key reference set to idTenderPriceFunction to indicate how the total should be rounded


ClickHome.Tenders.TemplateDisplay: foreign key reference set to ? to indicate how the template should be displayed

ClickHome.Tenders.HidePreGSTPricing: Text1 set to TRUE or FALSE

ClickHome.Tenders.TryAutoAccept: ?

ClickHome.Tenders.DefaultExpiry: Text1 set to ?


ClickHome.Tenders.InitialReport: foreign key reference set to idMasterReport to indicate which report should be displayed

ClickHome.Tenders.ClientQuoteReport: foreign key reference set to idMasterReport to indicate which report should be displayed

ClickHome.Tenders.ContractReport: foreign key reference set to idMasterReport to indicate which report should be displayed


ClickHome.Tenders.VariationReport: foreign key reference set to idMasterReport to indicate which report should be displayed

ClickHome.Tenders.VariationContractReport: foreign key reference set to idMasterReport to indicate which report should be displayed


ClickHome.Tenders.VariationFee: foreign key reference set to ? to indicate what the variation fee should be

ClickHome.Tenders.NewVariationAllowed: if value set to TRUE or FALSE this will allow or prevent a new variation from being created if there is another variation open against that tender


ClickHome.Tenders.DefaultPhaseSet: the workflow phase set for  (relevant from version 3.12 onwards)
