Follow this guide for reloading a contract, only if informed to by someone from ClickHome Support or a Consultant. 

Reloading a contract is similar to rebuilding your iPad, just for one contract though, if there are items not yet synced form the iPad then these will be lost in a reload contract so it's best ensure you have performed a sync of your device first before this.


You will require an internet connection to perform this action.


1. Navigate to the job that is causing you problems, you can do this from the "Job List" and clicking on the Job number on the left hand side of the screen.


2. Down the bottom of the Job Details page, there is a tab called "Operations" click on that


3. From here, you should see this screen and press "Reload Contract"
