This can be set up as part of a ClickHome upgrade to version 3.12 or above as apart of the Tender Phases deployment following this document:
https://support.clickhome.com.au/support/solutions/articles/3000095681-setup-tenders-phase-sets-and-phases

This is more in-depth on how the naming rules work and what can be set up.

Keywords:

JOBNO = tblContract > sgContractNo

HOUSENAME = tblHouseTypes > sgHouseName

CLIENTNAME = tblClients > sgClientTitle

NUM = if the num is there then at the end number will be shown if Num is not there then we will show Alphabet.

Along with this, the user can add any name that they want to display like ‘PCV’ within the title.

This can be in any sequence separated by pipe sign |.

Example:

Sales Quote|NUM|HOUSENAME|CLIENTNAME|JOBNO

Output: Sales Quote - Albert 26 - Graham Booth - P29907392  1

If sgTenderNamingRule is set as null then default it will be set as ‘HOUSENAME|CLIENTNAME|NUM’

if sgVariationNamingRule is set as null then default it will be set as ‘Variation|NUM’
