When a contract is created with the incorrect template, there isn't a way in ClickHome to change the template. You will have to remove the contract and recreate it with the correct template. 

This assumes that your system doesn't have integration set up for contract creation, other considerations will be any custom numbering you have set up in your system as manually creating the contract will ignore this. If you need assistance, please contact ClickHome support.

Under the contract you wish to change the template on, select "Management" and then under "Delete Contract Mark Contract Number Reusable" click on "Remove Contract"

Once removed, under "Contract Detail", you can add workflow for the contract you just removed to recreate the contract with the right template:
