Price Statuses and definitions;

0 = Standard

1 = Override

2 = Custom Pricing

10 = Request Review

11 = Quote Required

12 = Price Expired

 

How these are set;

  • Custom Options
    • Default price status = 2 (Custom Pricing)
    • Sales can change to 11 (Quote Required) or back to 2 (Custom Pricing) - this needs to be reviewed - Sales doesn't have access to price status field in MobileLeads.
    • Estimator can change to 1 (Override) or back to 11 (Quote Required) or 2 (Custom Pricing)

 

  • Standard options
    • Default price status if there is a price = 0 (Standard)
    • If there isn't a price, then = 11 (Quote Required)

 

Rules;

  • Sales person can enter override price, if they do, price status = 10 (Request Review)
  • Estimator can enter override price, if they do, price status = 1 (Override)
  • If estimator approves item, price status = 1 (Override)
