Internet explorer 11 will be retired on June 15, 2022. To continue accessing the Silverlight application you can use IE mode in Edge.
Open Microsoft Edge on Windows 10.
Click the 'Settings and more button' in the top right
Select the Settings option
Select Default Browser
Under the “Internet Explorer compatibility” section, set “Allow sites to be reloaded in Internet Explorer mode” to allow.
Navigate to the Silverlight application and in the top right select 'Reload tab in Internet Explorer mode'
