There are many situations where a user is required to view the Tender, however, there are security limitations associated with time of retrieving information on the Tender or the correct versions of the Tender which can only be accessed by Status.
Security
User Tender Display - All users will have restrictions to the Tenders displayed, the restrictions will be dependent on the brand/ business units they are assigned to.
Filter based on Tenders the users are assigned to. A Supervisor setting on Tender Phase table controls access to Tenders for the Supervisor on the iPad.
Supervisor View Restrictions - When a Supervisor opens a job to view the current Tender. If the Tender has gone through multiple phases, onlt show the current Tender in the Current phase. Never show multiple Tenders. Never see Tenders with status superseded, or any other form of expired, rejected or invalid status.
All Tender permissions are status based and can be broken down according to Business Unit, etc.
